  1. In a medium sauté pan, add oil and heat over medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté until they turn slightly pink. Add mushrooms, garlic, and sauté another 2 minutes. Then add tomato, green onion, white wine, and parsley. Be careful adding the wine since it may flame up. Toss all these well in the sauté pan and add the butter.
  2. Once all butter has melted, add pasta and toss well. Transfer to serving platter and top with remaining ingredient of Parmesan cheese and green onions.
