Sausage Lasagna is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Sausage Lasagna is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Sausage Lasagna:
  1. Prepare 16 oz gluten-free oven ready lasagna noodles
  2. Get 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  3. Take 1/2 tsp onion powder
  4. Get 2 garlic cloves, minced
  5. Get 32 oz ricotta cheese
  6. Take 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  8. Prepare 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp dried basil
  10. Prepare 48 oz pasta sauce
Steps to make Sausage Lasagna:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage. Add onion powder & garlic towards the end of cooking. Once meat is done. Drain.
  3. In large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, & basil until well blended.
  4. Spread thin layer of sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with layer of noodles. Cover with layer of cheese mixture. Sprinkle with some sausage. Add layer of sauce. Repeat layering. End with a layer of sauce.
  5. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Serve.
  7. Notes: Can use noodles that are not oven ready. If so, cook them according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cool water. Drain again. Then ready for layering. Also, you don't have to use gluten free noodles. Can use regular noodles with no other changes.
