The ingredients needed to make Baked Tuna Pasta:
  1. Make ready 1 cup pasta
  2. Prepare 1/2 sliced onion
  3. Prepare 1/3 cup diced pineapple (optional)
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup sliced spring onion/ scallion (optional)
  5. Make ready 2 each boiled eggs
  6. Get 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  7. Make ready 1 can tuna (better if mayonnaise tuna is used)
Steps to make Baked Tuna Pasta:
  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. (you can use swirly pasta or macaroni. any short pastas will do the trick)
  2. Boil eggs and then peel and mash inside a bowl.
  3. Mix in mayonnaise, canned tuna, onions, spring onions/ scallions, carrots and pineapple together with the eggs.
  4. When the pasta is cooked, and drain and add into the bowl of other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Leave the pasta in the preheated oven (200°C/380°F) for 12-20 minutes.
  6. Serve!
