  5. Add the cold cooked leftover pasta to the tomato sauce and fold through carefully. Stirring too rigourously may break up the pasta too much.
  6. Transfer to an oven dish and grate over the cheese.
  7. Finely slice the mushrooms, pick the remaining rosemary leaves and toss them both in a little olive oil. Sprinkle on top of the pasta.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until bubbling. We ate it quicker than I could take a photo of the finished dish 😂
