  1. Start with the phyllo dough. Mix flour, salt, water, olive oil and vinegar in a large bowl and knead until nice and soft. Cover and set aside to rest.
  2. Boil the pasta in plenty of water generously salted for 6-7 minutes. Drain and put back in the pot.
  3. Add the milk, the eggs slightly beaten and the feta cheese in large chunks. Break the feta into chunks using your hands. Give them a good stir. Set aside.
