  1. Preheat a skillet on medium heat with 2 Tbsp oil and place the sausage in the pan and cover. Cook until sausage is browned ~10 min.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil
  3. Remove the sausage and add 3-4 Tbsp more oil. Place the broccolini in the hot pan followed by garlic and chile flakes. Season with salt and cover to let the veggies sautee.
  4. When the broccolini is tender, slice and add the sausage and reserved juices to the pan. Taste for salt. Keep warm until ready to assemble.
  5. Cook the pasta according to the package
  6. Drain the pasta reserving 1/3 cups pasta water. Add the pasta back to the pot and add the pasta water and butter.
  7. Add the sausage mixture and parmasan and toss.
  8. Taste for salt and if the pasta feels dry add more olive oil. Plate.
