  2. Take Oil and Butter in a pan, add garlic and black pepper and saute for 30 sec then add flour and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
  4. Add salt, cheese continue stirring until cheese has melted, then add pasta, capsicum, carrot, green chilli and sausage (sliced and sauteed), mix properly.
  5. Turn off flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
